The CWTUM-F and CWTUMHF-F ULTRA Miniature ac current probes are equipped with a NEW-ELONGATED miniature Rogowski Coil AC current sensor thin enough (1.3mm) allowing AC current measurement in PCB tracks and to fit between the legs of a SMT, D2PAK or TO220 power semiconductor switching devices.

Measuring currents up to 30MHz, the CWTUM-F and CWTUMHF-F ULTRA miniature is ideal for measuring steady state current, switching transients or pulsed currents between 300mA and 12000Apk in power electronic equipment.

The CWTUM-F and CWTUMHF-F ULTRA miniature ac current probe is a clip around flexible coil current probe, using the Rogowski principle to achieve high bandwidth measurement and accurate conversion of current to voltage, intended for use with oscilloscopes, DSO, data acquisition (DAQ), energy data loggers, power meters and power analyzers.

All CWTUM-F and CWTUMHF-F models are supplied with an ac current sensor 55mm length (clip-around coil), ensuring easy current monitoring even where access is limited.

The CWT LF current sensors are rugged clip on, flexible sense coil, high frequency current probes, using Rogowski Coil technology for wide bandwidth measurement and faithful conversion of ac current to voltage, intended for use with oscilloscopes, data loggers, transient recorders, power meters and power analyzers - ideally suited for power electronic applications.

Based on the Rogowski principle, these probes have intrinsic high bandwidth performance allowing measurement of both small and large currents (1A-600kA) from 0.01Hz to 20MHz. The small coil profile (8mm dia), means the coil can be retrospectively installed without disruption to active power systems.

As standard, the coil is insulated at 10kVrms, insulation can be increased if required. Models are available with a variety of clip-around coil sizes to suit most conductors, allowing easy current monitoring even where access is limited.
